Our Arts retail space will be open daily. It will feature artist made goods by local artists. From one of a kind fashion designs and accessories to hand-made journals and useful fine art products, our store is set up to help support local artisans and to thrill locals with unique hand crafted items.

Our studio space will be available to full time professional artists at a reasonable fee. The studios are non-residential creative work-spaces for the creation and manufacturing of new work.

Our health & wellness studios are for fitness, yoga, pilates, health and wellness training as well as for personal services to help free the creative spirit. We will also have a private massage studio as well as a hair and makeup studio to keep you looking as great as you feel!
